How to Opt-Out of MTN Value Added Services

Simply dial *447#, it will pop-up a menu. MTN customers can manage their Value-added services from that menu. You can activate, deactivate any services from that menu.

Then, reply with 1 to choose active services, 2 to deactivate active services.

Once deactivated, the unnecessary weekly or monthly airtime deduction will stop.

Reply with 1 to view active subscriptions.
Reply with a serial number of any active subscription and follow the instruction that is displayed to unsubscribe.


Once you unsubscribed, your airtime will no longer be deducted unnecessarily for the services you are not making use of.
